- Minimum 5A1.
- Achieved an average score of 85 (SM3 year) in extracurricular activities.
- Recommendation letter from school principal, teacher or counsellor
- Applicable for entry into all Bachelor Degree courses except Bachelor of Medical Science and Doctor of Medicine and Bachelor of Pharmacy.
