- Offered to MIA students only
- Students must obtain at least CGPA 2.51 in Diploma
- Applicants must not be bonded to or in receipt of any financial aid or awards from other education institution or any other parties.

Fee waiver details are as follows:
- Students with a CGPA of 2.81 and above may be eligible for a tuition fee waiver of at least 30% for Years 2 and 3.
- Students with a CGPA of 2.51 - 2.81 may be eligible for a 40% tuition fee waiver for Year 2 only.
