- Maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.5 or higher throughout their studies.
- Actively participate in extracurricular activities and demonstrate leadership potential. Attendance of extracurricular will be monitored by Student Central.
- Demonstrate financial constraints that pose a significant barrier to their educational pursuits.
- Exhibit exceptional resilience and determination in overcoming challenges and pursuing their academic goals.
- The candidate must be invited by the Dean of Faculty to apply for HABES Program

- Scholarship renewal is contingent upon maintaining the minimum CGPA requirement, satisfactory academic progress, and continued involvement in extracurricular activities.
- Scholarship recipients are expected to contribute positively to the school community through volunteer work or other extracurricular activities in the amount of 120 scholarly hours (prorate by semester or half yearly basis).
- Recipients must uphold the highest standards of academic integrity and maintain a commitment to ethical conduct.
- Recipients must maintain satisfactory attendance in all classes and adhere to the institution's attendance policies by 80%.
- Recipients are responsible for managing their personal finances and ensuring they meet all financial obligations, excluding tuition fees covered by the scholarship.
