Awarded to outstanding Mahsa foundation students progressing to the next level of study
The MAHSA Blue Ribbon Scholarship is a prestigious merit-based award that recognises and rewards outstanding academic achievement. It is open to students who progress through an instant progression pathway or MAHSA alumni progressing to the next level of study.

- Applicable to MAHSA students who complete foundation and progress directly to undergraduate level of study (instant progression), or MAHSA alumni.
- Demonstrate financial need and provide supporting documentation if required.
- Not applicable for MBA programme
- Meet the following minimum academic requirements:
- Bachelor: Minimum CGPA of 3.5 or higher in Foundation/ Diploma studies
- Postgraduate (Excluding MBA): Minimum CGPA of 3.5 or higher on Bachelor/ Master studies
- Part time/ Online Direct Learning (Excluding MBA): Minimum CGPA of 3.50

- Grants priority access to MAHSA's on-campus accommodation by reservation one (1) month prior to check in
- Demonstrate exemplary conduct and adherence to MAHSA's policies and regulations.
- Scholarship renewal is contingent upon maintaining the minimum CGPA requirement 3.0 and satisfactory academic progress.
- Scholarship recipients may be required to contribute to the MAHSA community through volunteer work or other extracurricular activities in the amount of 120 scholarly hours (prorated by semester or half yearly basis).
- Recipients must uphold the highest standards of academic integrity and avoid any form of academic dishonesty.
- Recipients must maintain satisfactory attendance in all classes and adhere to MAHSA's attendance policies by 80%.
- Recipients are responsible for managing their personal finances and ensuring they meet all financial obligations, excluding tuition fees covered by the scholarship.
- The scholarship duration varies depending on the program of study.
- Scholarship funds are disbursed directly to the student's ledger account upon successful enrollment in the next level of study.

Fee waiver for each level of study are as follows:
- Foundation to Degree (Health Sciences / Business / Engineering / Pharmacy):
- Instant progression: Up to RM 8,000
- MAHSA Alumni: Up to RM 7,000
- Foundation to Degree (MBBS & DDS):
- Instant progression: Up to RM 20,000
- MAHSA Alumni: Up to RM 17,000
- Diploma to Bachelor’s Degree:
- Instant progression & Alumni: Up to RM 8,000
- Postgraduate Scholarship (Excluding MBA):
- Instant progression & Alumni: Up to RM 8,000
- Part Time/Online Direct Learning (Excluding MBA):
