The International University College of Management and Sports (ICMS) is a well-established private higher education institution located in the heart of Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. Its city campus offers a comprehensive range of academic programmes across Sports, Business, Management, Information Technology, Digital Technologies, and Law Enforcement, delivering education from Diploma through Master’s and Doctoral (PhD) levels.
Established in 2005, ICMS underwent a strategic transformation in 2019 following the introduction of new ownership and management. Since then, the institution has focused on strengthening its academic portfolio, enhancing governance, and upgrading campus facilities to ensure the delivery of high-quality, industry-relevant education at an accessible and sustainable cost.
ICMS is strategically situated in Petaling Jaya New Town, a city internationally recognised for its commitment to education and lifelong learning. Petaling Jaya has been honoured with the UNESCO Learning City Award, placing it among leading cities worldwide acknowledged for advancing inclusive learning ecosystems and community-based education initiatives.
