IUKL was established in 1998 as Ikram College, before being awarded University College status in 2003 as Kuala Lumpur Infrastructure University College. It was subsequently upgraded to a full-fledged university in 2012 and becoming Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur (IUKL).

These programs span fields such as engineering, architecture, business, information technology, and communication, with many accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA). - Foundation/Diploma: CGPA 3.5
