- Be an international student
- Have a WAM of 65% or above
- Be accepted into one of the following Initial Teacher Education degrees at Deakin:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (E333)
- Bachelor of Education (Primary) (E359)
- Bachelor of Health and Physical Education (E377)
- Master of Teaching (Early Childhood) (E761)
- Master of Teaching (Primary) (E778)
- Master of Teaching (Secondary) (E779)
