Tuition fee waiver of up to 100% for eligible courses
The UE Muar Youth Excellence Scholarship is an education initiative established to provide deserving students with greater access to higher education opportunities. Co-organised by Uni Enrol and YB Syed Saddiq, the scholarship offers full tuition fee waiver to selected recipients, enabling them to pursue their studies at recognised higher education institutions.
The scholarship provides opportunities for students to enrol directly at selected partner institutions, including SEGi University & Colleges (Kota Damansara), HELP University (Subang 2/Damansara Heights), Forward College, and Multimedia University. Recipients are selected based on academic performance, family income background, and co-curricular achievements.

- The scholarship is open to applicants who are residents of Muar.
- Applicants will be evaluated based on their academic performance, family income background, and co-curricular achievements.
- Intake: Valid strictly for 2026 enrollment.
- Candidates must meet the academic entry requirements for their selected programme below:
- SEGi University & Colleges: Foundation in Arts
- HELP University: Diploma in Business, Diploma in Early Childhood, Diploma in Education & Diploma in Information Technology, Diploma in Communication.
- Forward College: NitroDegree in Applied Software Engineering
- Multimedia University: Any foundation/Diploma to Degree (Cover Business & IT)

A total of 10 scholarship seats worth RM500,000 are available across selected partner universities, allocated as follows:
- SEGi University & Colleges (Kota Damansara): 1 seat
- HELP University (Subang 2/Damansara Heights): 2 seats
- Forward College: 2 seats
- Multimedia University: 5 seats
