Full scholarship for the full course of studies
The Yeoh Tiong Lay Award is presented to students who demonstrate outstanding humanitarian and leadership qualities, alongside academic excellence. Recipients of the award are given the opportunity to pursue an undergraduate degree overseas in their chosen field.

- Open for degree programmes only
- Applied for or accepted into a top-rated foreign university
- Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen
- Must demonstrate financial need (family faces challenges financing tuition fees and living expenses)
- Must be able to study full-time
- Bond period - 7 years
- Must meet the following academic requirements:
- SPM / IGCSE: Minimum 8As
- STPM: CGPA 3.7
- Matriculation / Foundation – CGPA 4.0
- A Levels – Minimum 2A*
- IB – Minimum 40 points
- Australian Matriculation (AUSMAT) - Min ATAR 85
- The scholarship is open to students from all fields, with priority given to:
- Civil Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Quantity Surveying
- Construction Project Management and other construction related courses
- Finance and Business-related degrees
- Creative Arts and Design
- Accounting
- Computer Science
- Social Sciences
