The Axiata Foundation All-Star Bestari Scholarship is a prestigious award that offers opportunities for bright and high-achieving Malaysians to pursue their studies pre-university level. The scholarship is offered for foundation and matriculation courses at a local public institution.

- Open for Malaysian citizen only.
- Aged 19 and below.
- From families with a monthly combined household income of RM4,850 and below.
- Have a minimum of 6As in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) (As includes A+, A, or A-).
- Applicable for all foundation and matriculation courses that are offered by local public institutions.
- This selection criteria only applies to the year 2026.
- This scholarship is not applicable to employees (including family members) of Axiata Group Berhad or any of its subsidiaries and key associates.
- Subsidiaries include Axiata Digital Labs, ADA, Boost Holdings, EDOTCO, XL Axiata, Dialog, Robi, Smart, Ncell, and key associates include CelcomDigi.

- Online application: Submit your applications through the Axiata Foundation's website.
- Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete a series of online assessments.
- Only shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an interview.
- Successful applicants will receive conditional offers within 30 working days.
- Your conditional offer will be confirmed upon your fulfilment of the academic requirements and your admissions to eligible educational institutions.
