Full scholarship to cover tuition fee and other related study cost
The ASEAN Scholarship is a programme by the Singapore government through Ministry of Education (MOE) that offers talented students from ASEAN member countries the chance to study in Singapore schools or universities. Its purpose is to foster regional goodwill, cultural exchange and mutual understanding among youths from across Southeast Asia, while giving scholars access to high‑quality education in Singapore.
Depending on the sub‑programme, it allows students from ASEAN countries (excluding or including Singapore depending on the track) to enrol at selected secondary schools, junior colleges, or universities in Singapore under scholarship support. The scheme supports both academic development and cross‑cultural exposure.

关于 Ministry of Education, Singapore
The Ministry of Education (MOE) Singapore is the government agency responsible for the planning, management, and development of education in Singapore.
As a scholarship provider, MOE offers a variety of scholarships and awards for both Singaporean and selected international students, including ASEAN citizens, to support studies at secondary, pre‑university, and university levels.
MOE scholarships aim to nurture academic excellence, leadership potential, and holistic development. They cover tuition fees and often provide allowances for living, accommodation, and other education-related expenses. MOE also designs scholarships with development opportunities, including mentorship, leadership training, and exposure to public service or educational initiatives.
By offering these scholarships, MOE helps cultivate future leaders, professionals, and skilled graduates who can contribute to Singapore’s educational, economic, and social development, while also fostering regional collaboration through programmes such as the ASEAN Scholarships.
