This scholarship provides a tuition fee waiver for South East Asian students
The University of Lincoln’s South East Asia Scholarship is designed to support students from across South East Asia in pursuing postgraduate study at the University of Lincoln
Requirements
Requirements
Applicant must meet the following requirements to be eligible:
- Be a national of, or have permanent residence in, Brunei, Cambodia, East Timor, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, or Vietnam.
- Hold a Conditional or Unconditional Offer from the University of Lincoln for a full-time postgraduate taught programme commencing in September 2026 or January 2027.
- A GBP 5,000 scholarship will automatically be awarded to students who have:
- Completed a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution and have obtained at least the equivalent of a 2:1 classification or
- Completed a Pre-Master’s degree, or a qualification equivalent to a UK Master’s degree, with a comparable classification as determined by the University.
- A GBP 4,000 scholarship will automatically be awarded to students who have:
- Completed a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution and have obtained at least the equivalent of a 2:2 classification or
- Completed a Pre-Master’s degree, or a qualification equivalent to a UK Master’s degree, with a comparable classification as determined by the University.
- Students joining a Pre-Master’s programme will be entitled to receive the scholarship when they move onto their main programme.
