Requirements
Applicant must meet the following requirements to be eligible:
- Be restricted to students who are overseas fee payers and are entirely self-funded
- Be ordinarily resident in one of the countries specified in the eligible regions list
- Register for the first year of a full-time undergraduate degree at the University of Essex in October 2026-27
- Students receiving sponsorship covering full fees by an outside body or government organisation are not eligible for this scholarship
- Students from the University of Essex International College (UEIC) Pathway are not eligible

- If you defer entry to following academic years you will be ineligible to receive the award
- The award may be held in conjunction with the Early Bird Discount and cannot be held in conjunction with any other University of Essex scholarships
- Successful applicants should be available for promotional activities
