Criteria

  • Minimum 1A SPM/ O-Level
  • UNITAR’s I-Future Scholarship is only applicable for Malaysian Citizens
  • Applicant must fulfil the academic requirements set by the university to be eligible to apply for the scholarship
  • Applicable for UNITAR Main Campus (KJ) & Regional Centre Sabah ONLY

Highlights

  • Successful recipients must:
    • Maintain a CGPA of 2.5 per year (Scholarship amount 70% and below)
    • Maintain CGPA of 3.0 per Year (Scholarship amount 80% and above)
    • Be a Student Ambassador and serve 20 hours per semester at UNITAR (total 60 hours per year)
  • Students can only hold one award at any time
  • Student who entitled for UNITAR’s I-Future Scholarship fee waiver 80% & below is compulsory to apply for PTPTN. Should the student decided not to apply for PTPTN, they are required to sign the opt out of PTPTN form, indicating that they will be responsible to pay for their own tuition fees when due without PTPTN loan.
